Returns:
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained prior to shipping any items back to us. You can contact us at returns@refinedworkouts.com for us to create the RMA for you.
Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the packaging. Damage or loss of goods during shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. Product must be returned in original carton or in packaging of equal or greater quality. Preferred method of shipment is Freight, UPS or FedEx. Please see conditions for Warranty and return policies.

Our philosophy is to design and build extremely reliable fitness equipment using the highest quality materials. The result is better products at the best value. We source our material from within the United States of America and all of our products are built here, in California using state of the art manufacturing facilities.
What makes Ropeflex machines attractive is the fact they are low maintenance. Our direct drive magnetic resistance mechanism is virtually maintenance free and does not employ gears belts or pulleys. We designed it right from the start, using computer aided design and performing rigorous testing indoor and outdoor. In addition, we can customize any of our products to customers specific needs and maintain the same high-quality service and support as we do for our standard line of equipment.
Our return policy
You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 15 days of delivery.
Restocking and shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges will be customers sole responsibility.
All items must include original packaging.
Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
Return Exceptions
All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include made-to-order items and closeout items.
Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange.
Return Process
Please allow up to 5-8 business days for your return or exchange to be processed on the original item(s) has been received.
In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.
